Recently, H&P has launched a presence across the APAC legal regions. Consultant Adam Smith has joined H&P to lead this sector growth.

“My remit within APAC starts on the East coast of Australia in Sydney and then expands across the West coast to Perth and into other areas such as Japan, Singapore, Seoul and even places like Hong Kong. My network exclusively lies within the private practice sphere working with international law firms and local law firms in the various jurisdictions in these regions.”

“Liaising with clients in the market there is a lot of optimism and there remains opportunities for international lawyers and local lawyers across the region.”

“There remains a demand in the energy and infrastructure sectors particularly pertaining to projects and M&A. Firms are also looking to expand their investigation teams notably out in greater China.
