Reflecting on a Successful 2023/24 Financial Year

As we embark on a new financial year, we wanted to reflect on our achievements and milestones of the previous year. At H&P Executive Search, we are proud to share the highlights of our 2023/24 financial year, which saw remarkable growth and expansion across various sectors. Through strategic initiatives and a dedicated team effort, we achieved significant milestones that have strengthened our position as a leading executive search firm.

One of the key achievements of the 2023/24 financial year was the successful expansion into four new sectors: business development, energy and engineering, life sciences, and technology. Expanding into these sectors has allowed us to diversify our portfolio and better cater to our clients’ needs.

We are delighted to have increased in our back-office growth during the 2023/24 financial year. This growth reflects our commitment to operational excellence and efficiency. Through streamlined processes and investment in talent and technology, we optimized our back-office operations to better support our client engagements and internal functions. This expansion has positioned us to scale our services effectively and maintain high standards of service delivery.

We are also extremely proud that over the course of this past financial year our headcount increased by 71%. This expansion underscores our commitment to developing and investing in our team. By investing in continuous growth plans, we have strengthened our team’s capabilities to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Our diverse and dynamic team is integral to our success, and we are proud to see it grow significantly in the past year.

We are delighted to report a remarkable 64% increase in sales growth for the 2023/24 financial year. This achievement is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our team, as well as the trust and confidence of our clients. This sales growth not only reflects our market competitiveness but also demonstrates our ability to adapt to evolving industry dynamics and client needs.
