For H&P, 2024 has been filled with numerous milestones and a continued commitment from our team to excellence. Our CEO and Founder, Jack Hayes, recently shared his thoughts on the highlights of 2024 and his vision for H&P throughout 2025.

Was there a standout moment of 2024 for you at H&P?

This year wasn’t defined by a single standout moment but rather a series of successes that together have pushed H&P forward. One of the most notable achievements was welcoming our first Equity Partners into the firm—a testament to the growth and maturation of our organization. We also saw the establishment of the Quant Finance desk, which has shown incredible promise and scalability. On top of that, our team successfully hosted industry-leading international events, fostering stronger relationships with our clients and peers.

This combination of progress and innovation has set the tone for what promises to be an even more exciting 2025.

What are you excited for in 2025?

A lot of 2025 is going to be about continuing all the great work we’ve been doing this year. Some of our goals include maintaining our impressive growth rate while proactively seeking out new industry leaders. We’re also doubling down on investing in our core markets—Legal and Financial Services—and focusing on upskilling our consultants to ensure they remain industry leaders.

A key priority for 2025 is enhancing our service offerings. By identifying complementary markets, we aim to support our teams and provide our clients with even greater value. This forward-thinking approach, combined with our unwavering dedication to excellence, positions us for another successful year.

What’s one thing you’ve learned this year?

If there’s one lesson that 2024 has reinforced, it’s the power of our team’s culture. The resilience, collaboration, and shared vision within H&P have been pivotal in overcoming challenges and embracing opportunities. This culture is the cornerstone of our confidence as we step into 2025.
