At H&P, we’ve never been afraid to think big. Founded back in 2019, we’ve grown from two people to forty people covering three sector verticals and several international geographies.

2024 was a breakout year for our US Legal, Quant, and Technology teams. We welcomed new leadership, launched internal initiatives like Talent Talks, and laid the groundwork for future expansion. But this is just the start.

What’s next for H&P in 2025/26?

• Opening our Miami office! We’re excited to announce our upcoming expansion into the U.S. Southeast with the launch of our Miami office. As a key gateway to the Americas, Miami will serve as a strategic hub for our growing U.S. client base and will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in Legal, Finance, and Tech. This move reflects our long-term vision of being a truly global talent partner—while offering our team fresh opportunities to relocate, grow, and lead.
• Continued investment into the learning and development of our team We’re ramping up our internal L&D programs to ensure every team member has the tools, mentorship, and growth paths they need to reach the next level.
• Expanding specialisms across Legal, Finance, and Tech With demand surging across sectors, we’re building out our capabilities in Legal, Finance, and Technology—both in existing markets and new territories.
