Daniella Mordi

Associate

Daniella is an Associate Consultant helping to lead H&P’s Portfolio Talent practice.

She specialises in partnering with PE-backed CFOs to place senior finance leaders across functions such as FP&A and Financial Control. With experience spanning consumer, industrials, and broader corporate sectors, Daniella supports mandates across the UK, DACH, and the US, bringing a global perspective to senior finance recruitment.

Daniella works closely with private equity-backed businesses to strengthen their finance leadership benches. Having previously placed talent directly into private equity funds, she draws on that insight to advise CFOs on building high-performing teams that support value creation. She takes a thoughtful, diversity-led approach to search, leveraging niche sourcing methods to reach talent that many firms struggle to access.

Outside of work, Daniella enjoys cooking, practising nail art, and speaks Spanish.
