Shadab is an Associate Partner within H&P’s Legal practice, specialising in Energy & Infrastructure private practice hiring across London.

He partners with leading international law firms on strategic senior mandates, advising on the identification and acquisition of high-impact talent, typically at Partner and senior leadership level. His work is centred on supporting firms as they build and strengthen their Energy & Infrastructure capabilities in an evolving and increasingly competitive market.

Shadab brings over 13 years of executive search experience, delivering senior hires across multiple sectors and geographies. Prior to joining the Legal practice, he spent six years focused on climate technology, partnering with high-growth technology businesses to build out commercial teams driving the energy transition. This experience provides him with a differentiated perspective on the intersection between technology, capital, and infrastructure.

Known for a highly targeted and research-driven approach, Shadab combines traditional headhunting with a strong emphasis on market mapping and strategic advisory, ensuring a thoughtful and tailored process for both clients and candidates. He has worked extensively across the UK and international markets, and brings a global perspective to his search work.

Outside of work, Shadab has travelled widely across Europe, Asia, and North America, and has a strong interest in global markets and cross-border dynamics.
