Maya is an Associate within H&P’s In-House Legal team, specialising in placing legal talent across the US market.

She works closely with in-house legal functions, with a current focus on the healthcare sector, supporting organisations such as hospital systems, insurers, and healthcare services businesses. Maya partners with clients on a range of legal hires, delivering a considered and consultative recruitment process.

Before moving into executive search, Maya built her career in the creative and cultural sectors, working in publicity for organisations including Penguin Random House and the Royal College of Art, and supporting clients such as the Southbank and the Saudi Arabian Visual Art Committee. She is also a trained architect, holding RIBA Part One qualification, which brings a unique analytical and design-led perspective to her work.
