The Role
This is a Principal-level role designed for experienced recruiters ready to operate with greater ownership, influence, and commercial upside.
You will build and further establish our reputation within your market, leveraging your existing network and expertise to drive revenue growth and deepen client relationships. You will work alongside a high-performing London- or Miami-based team, collaborating with peers who consistently deliver at the top of the market.
There is genuine scope to take ownership of defined landscapes, build out new sub-verticals, and work closely with leadership to shape strategy as we continue to scale.
What You Will Be Doing
- Owning and growing a defined market across Legal or Private Capital
- Leveraging your existing network to originate and convert high-value mandates
- Developing and expanding key client relationships at senior stakeholder level
- Driving business development activity and opening new strategic accounts
- Leading complex executive search processes from origination through to completion
- Acting as a market adviser, providing insight on talent strategy and competitive positioning
- Supporting and mentoring junior consultants where appropriate
- Contributing to divisional strategy and long-term growth planning
What We Look For
- 5+ years’ experience in Legal, Private Capital, or STEM recruitment
- A strong track record of business development and account growth
- Comfortable opening doors across adjacent functions and expanding market share
- Experience running end-to-end search processes on senior mandates
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated
- Comfortable balancing delivery with informal leadership and mentoring
- Motivated by ownership, progression, and long-term equity opportunity
