Construction Law Associate/Senior Associate – Munich, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Hamburg
About the Role A leading international legal practice is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its Construction team. The successful candidate will advise clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction and real estate matters, with a particular focus on major development and infrastructure projects.
The team acts on complex projects across sectors including commercial property, industrial developments, engineering, and large-scale infrastructure. Work also includes advising on planning and regulatory matters, development agreements, infrastructure arrangements, and the legal framework required to bring property developments to completion.
Clients include domestic and international investors, property developers, multinational businesses, engineering and architectural consultancies, and public sector organisations.
What You’ll Do
- Advise on a wide variety of real estate and construction law matters, including complex, multi-jurisdictional projects.
- Work alongside colleagues from different legal disciplines and international offices on cross-border transactions and developments.
- Build trusted relationships with clients across both the private and public sectors.
- Support major development and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment while developing your own technical expertise.

About You
- Qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials and excellent legal training.
- Previous experience advising on construction law matters, with the ambition to further develop your career within an international practice.
- Commercially minded, adaptable, and able to provide practical legal solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Additional postgraduate qualifications, such as an LL.M. or doctorate, are welcomed but not essential.
