Ben is an Associate within H&P’s Trading Services practice, specialising in Quant Development and Options Trading.

He partners with clients across global markets, with a particular focus on Europe and APAC, supporting mid-to-senior level hires across trading and technology functions. Ben works with a wide range of organisations – from high-growth start-ups to established global funds – helping them identify and secure exceptional quantitative and trading talent.

With close to a year of experience in the market, Ben is developing strong expertise across multiple geographies and is recognised for his ability to connect candidates and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. His consultative approach and curiosity about the evolving trading landscape enable him to build meaningful, long-term relationships.

Outside of work, Ben is an avid cricket player and represents his local club side.
