Daniel Hill is a Consultant within H&P’s In-House Legal and Compliance team.

He specialises in recruiting legal and compliance professionals across the Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors, partnering with Investment Trusts, Property Developers, and Telecommunications groups. Daniel’s work spans multiple regions, with a core focus on the US – particularly New York and Florida – as well as Germany. He has also supported legal functions for resort and vacation groups along the US West Coast.

Daniel partners with a diverse range of clients, from large publicly listed institutions to private equity-backed scale-ups and regional developers. His adaptable network and consultative approach allow him to identify niche, high-calibre talent that precisely aligns with each client’s needs.

Outside of work, Daniel is an avid Crystal Palace supporter and a self-confessed average golfer – always working to lower his handicap when he can.
