Luke is a Senior Consultant in H&P’s Legal Practice, focused on the Benelux private practice market.

He works closely with international and domestic law firms on growth plans and recruitment, including office openings and Partner, Counsel, and Associate hires across a wide range of practice areas.

Covering Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, Luke supports leading international firms as well as Benelux domestic firms with their fee-earner hiring. His work ranges from individual strategic hires to broader team and office build-outs.

With a strong network across the region, Luke has placed Partners and Associates at all levels and advised firms on new office launches. He takes a straightforward, market-led approach and is known for building long-term relationships with firms looking to grow or strengthen their presence in the Benelux.
