Abby is an Associate within H&P’s Aviation & Aerospace practice, supporting clients across the Benelux region.

She specialises in the Benelux aviation and aerospace market, partnering closely with MROs, OEMs, airlines, and aerospace service providers. Abby works with organisations ranging from independent and airline-affiliated MROs to global OEMs and aerospace manufacturers, delivering tailored permanent and contract hiring solutions.

Known for her consultative, relationship-driven approach, Abby brings a genuine passion for the aviation and aerospace sector and takes time to understand both client and candidate needs to deliver well-aligned outcomes.

Outside of work, Abby is a keen padel and netball player, a committed iced coffee enthusiast regardless of the weather, and has an extensive list of series recommendations.
