Amy leads Talent Acquisition at H&P, responsible for the end-to-end hiring strategy and delivery across the business.

She brings broad experience across multiple industries, including Life Sciences, Renewables, and Technology, with more recent focus across Finance, Legal, and Engineering functions. Amy supports a wide range of specialist and commercial roles, partnering closely with leadership teams to build high-performing, scalable teams.

With five years’ recruitment experience, Amy began her career in agency recruitment on a contract Life Sciences desk before transitioning into in-house Talent Acquisition. Over the past two and a half years, she has supported hiring across the UK, EU, and US, delivering multi-office and international recruitment during periods of growth and change.

Having worked on both the agency and in-house side, Amy brings a strong understanding of the market and a robust talent network. She is trusted by hiring managers to deliver at pace, without compromising on quality or candidate experience.

Outside of work, Amy loves being outdoors and spends much of her free time walking long distances, often covering marathon-length routes over a weekend.
