Ariel is an Associate Partner within H&P Executive Search’s Legal practice, leading the firm’s French Private Practice offering with a particular focus on the Paris market.

He specialises in lateral hiring across private practice, partnering with AmLaw, UK, and international law firms, as well as leading French independent firms, on strategic senior mandates. Ariel’s work is concentrated at Counsel and Partner level, with a focus on M&A, Private Equity, Banking and Finance, and broader transactional practices.

With close to a decade of recruitment experience across the UK and Europe, Ariel advises firms on partner growth strategies, team build-outs, and succession planning. He is known for his discreet, market-led approach and his ability to engage directly with Managing Partners and Practice Heads on complex, high-stakes hires.

Outside of work, Ariel has a strong interest in international business and geopolitics. He enjoys travelling, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with his wife and son. He also has an active interest in property development, speaks Albanian, and is a long-standing Arsenal supporter.
