With a background in recruiting and a passion for developing talent, Matt has dedicated his career to building and leading high-performing teams. He started his recruitment journey by establishing and heading up the Business Infrastructure team, supporting recruitment business with their non-sales roles. Transitioning into a role at a global technology recruitment firm, he then took on the challenge of redesigning the management training program, eventually overseeing all commercial training initiatives.
At H&P his role entails the growth and performance of our team members. As the focal point for people development and performance, Matt is responsible for creating an environment where individuals thrive and contribute their best to the organisation.
Off the clock, Matt enjoys spending quality time with his family, his handsome English Bulldog and exploring new destinations through travel.
