Principal Consultant

Michael is a Principal Consultant within H&P’s Legal practice, covering the French legal market.

He specialises in partnering with in-house legal functions, placing lawyers at all levels, from Associate through to Senior Partner and leadership roles. Michael brings over nine years’ recruitment experience across France, Switzerland, the UK, Benelux, the US, and the Middle East, giving him a broad international perspective alongside deep local market knowledge.

Michael works with a wide range of organisations, from global law firms to smaller boutique and niche businesses, supporting legal hiring across all levels and mandates. He is known for his consultative approach and his ability to add value to both clients and candidates, underpinned by a strong understanding of the French legal landscape.

Fluent in French, Michael enjoys playing chess and following winter sports and basketball outside of work.
