Head of Private Credit – Senior Consultant

Rebecca is a Senior Consultant within H&P’s Financial Services practice, specialising in Front Office Direct Investments recruitment for leading Private Credit funds across the United States.

She places professionals from Analyst through to Managing Director level, partnering with organisations ranging from emerging credit platforms to large-cap funds. Based in New York, Rebecca plays a key role in developing and expanding H&P’s Private Credit practice, supporting the growth and scaling of investment teams across the US market.

Having begun her career in Private Equity before transitioning into Credit, Rebecca brings first-hand insight into the investment landscape and a strong understanding of what defines top-performing talent.

Outside of work, Rebecca is an avid traveller who has visited more than 36 countries, and she actively trains in Krav Maga.
