She works closely with clients to unlock further growth opportunities, partnering across Legal, Financial Services, and emerging sectors to support long-term hiring strategies. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, Shannon brings a broad market perspective shaped by work across multiple disciplines, including Legal, Financial Services, and AI.

Shannon partners with organisations ranging from high-growth scale-ups to global conglomerates, advising senior executives on talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership hiring. She is recognised as a natural connector, thriving on strengthening relationships and creating thoughtful, innovative solutions to complex hiring challenges.

Having recently relocated to London, Shannon enjoys exploring the city’s restaurants, museums, theatres, and the occasional wine bar in her spare time.
