Commercial Real Estate Counsel
Location: Atlanta, Georgia (hybrid)
Compensation: $150,000 – 180,000 base + discretionary bonus structure
Our Client is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Counsel to join its Legal team, supporting the execution of acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions across the company’s infrastructure portfolio. They are lookingfor an attorney with 2+ years of real estate transactional experience, who are looking to develop in commercial real estate and infrastructure transactions within an in-house environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day closing process for site acquisitions, including lease, title, and survey review.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction and pre-transaction documents, including easements, purchase and sale agreements, and related ancillary agreements.
- Review and assist with pre-transaction documentation, including Letters of Intent.
- Coordinate with outside counsel, title companies, internal stakeholders, and other third parties to ensure transactions remain on schedule.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
- 2+ years of relevant transactional experience in commercial real estate at a law firm and/or in-house.
Preffered:
- Prior experience or exposure with cell tower, telecommunications, infrastructure, or easement transactions.
