H&P is working with an established middle market technology investment bank. They are focused on enterprises software, and looking to bring on a few more associates to bolster the team.
They are currently entering a huge growth phase with recent transactions having performed very well, and with the new hires, now looking to push on and cover a wider variety of technology.

- Team of 18
- Working solely in the middle market space (transaction value of $100m to $600m)
- Specifically with enterprise software, industrial tech, vertical SaaS and FinTech
- 100+ transactions
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial and market research across various sectors
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and perform financial modelling and analysis.
- Work closely with senior team members in deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution of transactions.
- Engage in market analysis, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities.
The role:
- 2+ years of investment banking
- Bachelor’s degree required.
