Private Equity Associate

H&P is mandated on a role with a middle market private equity firm looking to hire an Associate/Senior Associate for their office in New York. They focus on the Real Estate sector and are looking for someone with relevant acquisition experience in that space.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial and market research across the respective sectors
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and perform financial modelling and analysis.
• Work closely with senior team members in deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution of transactions.
• Monitor and support the performance of portfolio companies, implementing value creation strategies.
• Engage in market analysis, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities.

The role:

• Pre-MBA Associate.
• 2+ years of investment banking experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
