Position Overview:
The firm is looking for a high-performing Private Equity Associate to join its investment team in the Portland office. This is a unique opportunity to be part of building out the local team and play an integral role across the full investment lifecycle—from deal sourcing and diligence to portfolio value creation. The role offers significant exposure to healthcare IT and vertical software businesses, as well as carry participation at the Associate level.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in private equity or investment banking (especially M&A or healthcare coverage).
- Proven ability to build financial models and conduct detailed investment analyses.
- Exposure to healthcare or healthcare IT transactions is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
