Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Map, assess, and continuously improve the current compliance management system to align with regulatory and business objectives.
  • Compliance Leadership: Take ownership of compliance-related matters, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations while fostering a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Team Building: Lead with independence and take initiative to build and scale a compliance team as the company continues to grow.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between legal, finance, risk, and other operational teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance practices across the organization.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Stay ahead of regulatory changes, assess their impact, and implement effective solutions.
  • Training & Awareness: Develop and deliver compliance training programs to promote a company-wide understanding of compliance best practices.
