Senior Recruitment Consultant – Legal

Who we are

H&P is a leading executive search firm with a passion for connecting people, based in the heart of the City of London. We were founded in 2019, and since then have doubled our head count year on year.

We have been able to grow so far across 5 different specialisms; Legal, Private Equity, Financial, Life Science and Energy & Engineering.

Our In-House Legal team has been going through record of success over the past year, growing to a team of 6. They have so far placed over 200 legal professionals globally, working across the US and Europe.

Why now is the best time

Since we were first founded, we have been growing at speed month-on-month and aiming to be entering our fourth financial year with 50HC. This growth is a result of our consultants ongoing success within the business, and our focus on specialised support for every individual.

Working across Europe, US and APAC has enabled us to tap into excellent international markets, increasing our brand awareness across the world. This leads us to our very exciting plans for international development, with the aim to scale international offices in 2024/2025.

Now is an incredibly exciting point within the business for an experienced recruiter to join and come on our growth trajectory with us.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in a 360 recruitment capacity focusing on the Legal sector, or within a similar market
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management
  • Experienced in utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media and networking events
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and willing to succeed
  • Capacity to maintain high standards while thriving in a fast-paced setting
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
