Therefore, success here in the internal hiring team is dependent upon developing critical market understanding, empathic communication, intellectual curiosity, exceptional work ethic and determination.

You will be responsible for the hiring of graduates into the sales team and back office. As the business grows internationally, this will develop into a global function where hiring will happen across multiple jurisdictions. You will have the opportunity to work on several projects alongside the People and Operations team and will have full visibility of end-to-end business hiring and training practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using search techniques on platforms such as LinkedIn to attract and build relationships with passive candidates
  • Carefully qualifying candidates against specific role requirements and company culture
  • Managing your candidates’ expectations, ensuring they are kept engaged and informed throughout their experience
  • Participating in face-to-face interviews, learning how to conduct competency, behavioural, and situational based interview scenarios
  • Developing a strong market understanding both inside the search sector with direct competitors and within our chosen sector specificities, to better identify appropriate candidature at both junior and senior level

  • 2:1 or above at Bachelors level is preferred but not essential
