Ricky leads our London headquarters which offers legal and financial services out to continental Europe as well as the USA. Alongside his day to day practice, focusing on Equity Partner moves and strategic projects for AM50 law firms he guides the growth of across all services offered from the UK.

Ricky has originated and established private practice legal teams that operate across the east coast of USA, France, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg. He has devloped consultants within the business from graduate to salary and equity partner level and helped them grow and manage their own respective markets and teams. His biggest impact has been in establishing H&P as the most internationally orinetated legal recruitment agency in the UK. Comparative to longstanding firms in the industry, Ricky has built a style of growth that allows H&P to go anywhere in the world that legal services are offered and build a best-in-class headhunting team.

When the world’s major law firms are considering entering a new jurisdiction, practice area or pursuing particular global clients they often collaborate with Ricky and his teams to identify and secure the appropriate talent.

He has built a reputation for having an empathetic and actively engaged leadership style. He couples this with ‘leading by example’ and continues his personal practice in order to remain active in the day to day activities of the job. He was around the table at the inception of the company when the founding principles were written and so highly values; Integrity, Professionalism and Ambition.

His plan in the coming years is to establish H&P as the dominant headhuting and search firm in every major legal and professional services market around the globe. Alongside this, his intention is to achieve a profitable headcount for the London headquarters of 100+ fee earners.
