With a background spanning recruitment, talent development and people leadership, Matt has built his career around helping individuals and teams perform at their best. He began his career in recruitment, establishing and leading a Business Infrastructure team focused on building the internal capability needed to support business growth. He later joined a global technology recruitment firm, where his remit expanded into leadership development, commercial performance and people capability.

At H&P, Matt leads across People, Performance & Culture, with a focus on creating the conditions for people and the business to thrive. His role spans performance, development, engagement, leadership and culture, ensuring individuals are supported to grow, contribute and succeed while helping the organisation build a high-performing and inclusive environment.

Passionate about unlocking potential and building strong cultures, Matt brings a practical, people-first approach to improving both employee experience and organisational performance.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and exploring new destinations through travel.
