Austin is a Senior Consultant within H&P’s US Legal Private Practice team, leading the firm’s focus across Florida.

He partners with hiring teams throughout the state to deliver strategic lateral hires across Associate, Counsel, Partner, and Team levels. Austin’s work spans all practice areas, but his success comes from long-term relationships with law firms that trust him to deliver on their most important mandates – whatever the brief may be.

He works with clients ranging from AmLaw 10 firms to regional boutiques, with much of his time spent partnering with national hiring teams as they establish and expand their presence in the Florida market. Over nearly two years specialising in Florida, Austin has built a strong network across the state and is regularly engaged on strategic and confidential hiring priorities.

Originally from the countryside and now based in London, Austin enjoys escaping the city at weekends to reconnect with nature and unwind.
