Molly is an Associate Partner and heads H&P’s Portfolio Talent practice, specialising in leadership roles within private capital-backed businesses.

She works with PE-, VC-, and family office-backed clients at all stages of growth, placing exit-oriented C-suite and director-level talent who deliver measurable impact. With nearly a decade of experience placing senior leaders into private capital-backed environments, Molly brings deep expertise in scaling leadership teams that drive performance and value creation.

A Russell Group graduate with an LLB from the University of York, Molly has been recognised as Recruiter of the Year at an executive search industry awards. She is known for tracking the post-placement impact of her appointments – including CAGR, exit multiples, and M&A activity – to evidence long-term success. Alongside her search work, she runs C-suite dealmaking events with funds, lawyers, and corporate financiers, as well as speed mentoring sessions for women aspiring to step into C-suite roles.

Outside of work, Molly lives with her dog, Wally – who has fainting goat syndrome – and has a keen interest in history, poetry, Dungeons & Dragons, and politics. Molly worked on the world’s first full and accurate record of Latin and early-English manuscripts from c1060-1220 supporting Dr Takako Kato helping to transcribe manuscripts – you can read them here.
