H&P Executive Search has appointed Ricky Roy as UK Managing Partner, marking a significant leadership milestone as the firm continues to scale its international platform.
The appointment follows a period of strong growth for H&P and coincides with Founder and CEO Jack Hayes’ planned relocation to the United States, where he will focus on accelerating the firm’s expansion across the US market and the opening of H&P’s Miami office as a strategic international hub.
Ricky has played a central role in the firm’s growth over the past six years, progressing from early leadership within the business to leading H&P’s Legal division, which has become a leading force across international private practice and in-house markets. Under his leadership, the team has expanded across multiple jurisdictions and delivered a number of high-profile, cross-border mandates for major law firms and corporates.
In his new role as UK Managing Partner, Ricky will lead the firm’s UK operations and senior leadership team, while continuing to guide growth across its specialist practices. He will work closely with the partnership to ensure the business maintains its pace, ambition, and culture as it scales globally.
