Adam is a Research Associate within H&P’s US Life Sciences Private Practice team, supporting transactional legal recruitment across the United States.

He specialises in identifying and engaging legal talent for leading law firms, with a particular focus on the Life Sciences sector. Adam supports Partner and Associate searches, working closely with the team to deliver strategic hires across the US market.

Adam partners with a range of clients, from top 10 AmLaw firms to specialist Life Sciences boutiques. Drawing on previous experience working directly with CROs and CEOs to build teams from seed-stage through to post-IPO businesses, he brings a strong understanding of the commercial and scientific landscape that underpins the sector.

Known for his research-led approach and attention to detail, Adam plays an integral role in identifying exceptional talent and supporting successful search mandates across the Life Sciences market.
