Harley Connolly-Cole is a Research Associate within H&P’s Legal practice, specialising in Asset Management across the Benelux market.

He supports senior executive and legal search mandates across Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, White Collar Crime, Insurance, and Real Estate, partnering with leading law firms and financial institutions throughout Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Harley works with clients ranging from specialist boutiques to global organisations, helping identify and engage exceptional legal talent for strategic growth initiatives. Through detailed market research and proactive candidate engagement, he plays an integral role in delivering high-quality search assignments across the Benelux market.

Before joining H&P, Harley founded and grew his own personal training business, giving him first-hand commercial experience and an entrepreneurial mindset. This background has shaped his consultative approach and ability to build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Harley enjoys producing house music and DJing, and spends much of his free time creating new tracks and developing his production skills.
