Robert is a specialist in H&P’s Leveraged Finance practice across the US.

Robert partners with leading law firms to place Partners and Associates across Leveraged Finance, Private Credit and broader Debt Finance, with a particular focus on both sponsor-side and lender-side practices.

He works with lawyers across the US market, supporting strategic lateral hires and team build-outs for firms looking to strengthen and expand their finance capabilities.

Robert’s client base ranges from Top 10 Am Law firms to specialist practices, allowing him to work on opportunities across a variety of platforms, from established market-leading finance teams to firms making significant investments in growing their Leveraged Finance and Private Credit offerings.

Prior to joining H&P, Robert spent more than a decade in professional recruitment, where he built and managed a highly successful search practice. He brings that experience to the legal market, combining a relationship-driven approach with a detailed understanding of his clients’ hiring strategies and the markets in which they compete.
