With nearly a decade of recruitment experience across Germany, the UK, broader Europe, and US – and a background as a Corporate M&A Attorney – Alejandro combines first-hand legal expertise with deep market insight.

Alejandro works with leading firms on high-level Partner appointments within Real Assets practices. His prior legal career, coupled with his international recruitment track record, gives him a unique perspective on both client and candidate needs in the global legal market.

A former qualified Corporate M&A lawyer, Alejandro holds a double degree in Law and Political Science of the Administration and a Master’s in Law & Tax from ESADE. He speaks five languages and is passionate about connecting top-level legal talent with the right firms to drive long-term growth and success.
