Liosa Kilcline

Head of HR & Operations

Líosa is the Head of HR & Operations at H&P, leading the HR, Operations and Talent Acquisition functions across the firm’s UK and US operations. Working closely with the senior leadership team, she drives people strategy, operational efficiency and organisational effectiveness to support the firm’s continued growth.

Her remit spans employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, data governance, business operations and process improvement. She also plays a key role in supporting H&P’s international expansion and the continued development of its US operations.

With a background in recruitment and HR, Líosa brings a well-rounded approach to people management and is passionate about creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Líosa holds a BCom in International Commerce with French, specialising in International Relations and Human Resource Management, and is a CIPD Associate with a Level 5 qualification specialising in Employment Law.

Outside of the office, Líosa enjoys reading, travelling and listening to history podcasts!
