She specialises in identifying and engaging exceptional legal talent, partnering with leading international law firms on senior appointments across Antitrust and Competition, Customs and International Trade, Life Sciences and Healthcare, and Technology, Data and Privacy. Working closely with Partners and senior Associates, Lucy supports strategic hiring initiatives across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Based in London, Lucy plays an integral role in delivering cross-border executive search assignments, combining detailed market research with proactive candidate engagement to identify outstanding legal talent in highly competitive markets.
