Michael is the Financial Controller at H&P, responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial operations and performance.

He manages all aspects of financial control, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Michael plays a key role in maintaining financial discipline across the business and supporting leadership with accurate and timely reporting.

With six years’ experience across the UK and South Africa, Michael has worked across a range of sectors, bringing a well-rounded and practical approach to financial management. He is recognised for providing clear financial insight that supports strategic decision-making and drives business performance.

Outside of work, Michael is a keen sports fan and enjoys following a wide range of sports.
