He specialises in identifying and engaging high-calibre lawyers, with a particular focus on Corporate and M&A, Investment Funds and related transactional practice areas. Robin conducts detailed market research and works closely with candidates to understand their experience, career ambitions and long-term plans.

Through a thoughtful, research-led approach, Robin supports H&P’s consultants in delivering strategic Associate and senior-level searches for leading UK and international law firms.
