Shaniel is an Associate Partner leading H&P Executive Search’s Environmental Compliance Legal division, specialising exclusively in lateral Associate, Counsel, and Partner hiring across the US legal market.

With seven years of experience focused on the infrastructure sector across the United States, Shaniel has built, managed, and scaled teams and divisions within highly specialised legal markets. His work centres on lawyers whose practices span planning, zoning, land use, permitting, entitlements, and environmental law, advising global law firms on strategic senior mandates and growth-critical hires.

Known for his in-depth market knowledge and high-level placement experience, Shaniel combines a strong understanding of the infrastructure and environmental landscape with a commercially driven, relationship-led approach to executive search.
