Compliance Officer – Investment Management

We have been mandated by a prestigious investment firm in New York City to find a Compliance Manager/Officer who will lead the team of juniors and report directly to the CCO.

What the client is looking for:

– 4+ years Compliance experience in the investment management space

– Expertise in Investment Funds/Management and Compliance is required

– Good working knowledge of Code of Ethics

– Good working knowledge of the Investment Advisors Act

– J.D from a top Law school is preferred but not essential
