Legal Counsel – Employment Law
A long-term client of H&P has tasked us with helping them find a legal counsel in Munich that can assist the team on employment law related matters.
This is a temporary position for 2 years, with the potential for extension.
This is a major, very international client with a variety of exciting projects in the pipeline.
The role can also be offered on a part-time basis (~75%).
This is the perfect role for someone looking to re-enter the workforce after parental leave/sabbatical, etc.
The ideal candidate for this role would bring:
- 2-5 years of PQE at in-house or major law firm
- You do not need to be qualified in German law for this role, but you must have experience in the German employment law market.
- Extensive experience advising on employment law matters ideally in a pan-European setting.
- Must be fluent in English and ideally German
- Dynamic and outgoing personality
- Willing to undertake new challenges
In return, my client can offer:
- 2-year fixed contract with the potential to extend
- €100,000 – €125,000 depending on experience & match to the role
- Flexible working hours
