Neil Owen is Head of Financial Services at H&P Executive Search, based in London. He is responsible for leading and delivering our five-year global growth strategy across Private Markets, Sales & Trading, Asset Management, and Investment Banking, with a focus on the US, UK, Europe, and Asia.

With over 25 years of experience building and scaling high-performing teams internationally, Neil has led the global Financial Services operating model for an S&P 500-listed recruitment firm. He later went on to build the operational strategy for the growth and exit of a specialist Financial Services SME across the US, UK, and Singapore.

A self-confessed recruitment geek, Neil brings an infectious passion for the industry — not only for the value it adds to client growth and candidate careers, but also for the sense of purpose it offers to those within the recruitment profession itself.

Prior to his career in executive search, Neil competed internationally as a track & field athlete, proudly representing Great Britain across the globe.
