Archie is a Consultant within H&P’s Legal team, focusing on the German private practice market.

He recruits across all experience levels – from junior Associates to Partners and teams – supporting law firms in building high-performing legal practices. Archie works with a diverse mix of clients, from leading German domestic firms to major international players, covering practice areas ranging from Corporate M&A to Data Protection.

Specialising in the German market, Archie operates across the five major cities of Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, and Hamburg. His client base spans from specialist German boutiques through to tier-one US law firms, reflecting his broad network and market reach.

Archie is known for bringing a personal, consultative approach to every search. He invests time in understanding what candidates and clients truly want from a move or hire, ensuring lasting, well-aligned outcomes. Outside of work, Archie plays Premier League hockey and enjoys exploring London with friends.
