Saisha is a Consultant within H&P’s German Legal Private Practice team, focusing on Associate through to Partner-level placements.

She works across all major practice areas – from Corporate and Private Equity to Intellectual Property and Life Sciences – helping leading law firms attract and secure exceptional legal talent. Saisha partners with clients across Germany, including Munich, Frankfurt, and Berlin, providing a tailored, consultative approach to every search.

Her clients range from high-growth start-ups to top-tier international law firms, and she is known for her ability to build strong, trusted relationships with both candidates and clients. Saisha ensures every process runs smoothly and every hire adds long-term value to the teams she supports.

Fluent in Spanish, Hindi, and Gujarati, Saisha brings a global perspective and strong communication skills to her work. Outside of the office, she enjoys playing badminton and relaxing with a good Netflix series.
